The HPE Aruba Networking JL319A is the 2930M 24G non-PoE configuration for buyers needing Gigabit access without Ethernet power delivery. It provides 20 fixed 10/100/1000 copper ports and four combo ports supporting either copper or 100/1000 Mbps SFP connectivity. HPE specifies 128 Gbps switching capacity and throughput up to 95.2 Mpps. One uplink module slot and one stacking module slot allow the expansion configuration to be selected separately. The base SKU has two power-supply slots but excludes supplies; HPE lists JL085A as a compatible model. Choose JL320A for 24-port PoE+ or JL321A when a 48-port non-PoE configuration is needed.
