Dead-on-arrival units are replaced under HPE's advance-exchange process. Open an RMA within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and serial number and we coordinate the replacement with HPE directly.

- How do I get a datasheet for a specific part number?
- Open the product page for that SKU — the manufacturer content section below the buy panel loads the official HPE datasheet, feature highlights and technical specifications for that exact part number.
- Can you supply hardware with pre-loaded firmware or custom configuration?
- Yes. Factory-integrated configuration (memory, drives, NICs, iLO Advanced, OS pre-load) is available on ProLiant and Alletra platforms. Note the requirement on your quote request and we will price the configured build.
- What lead times should I plan for?
- Stocked networking and wireless SKUs typically ship within 1–3 business days. Configured compute and storage platforms follow HPE factory lead times, which we confirm in writing on every quote.
- Do you support public sector and education purchasing?
- Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved government, education and enterprise accounts on Net 30 terms, and can provide W-9, insurance certificates and reseller authorization documentation.
