These terms apply to quotations and sales by SummitSource Supply LLC.
Quotations and pricing
All prices are shown excluding sales tax and other applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges. Prices and availability are subject to change and are confirmed on a written quotation.
Orders
An order is accepted when we issue a written confirmation. Purchase orders from businesses, education and public sector organizations are welcome subject to approval.
Product information
Product descriptions, part numbers and manufacturer content are provided by the manufacturer. Where a specification is not confirmed, the page shows “Contact us for details”.
Delivery and title
Delivery dates are estimates based on manufacturer and distributor lead times. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Returns require prior authorization and must be unused and in original packaging unless the item is faulty.
